SNAGLOOM / PAID PILOT FAQ

Clear answers for your store.

What Snagloom checks, what a finding means, and how the paid pilot works.

Snagloom checks discovered product pages, stock signals on those pages, and the store’s configured public checkout URL.

A clear request or page failure can be reported. Ambiguous or protected responses are marked inconclusive rather than treated as a confirmed break.

It looks for explicit “out of stock” or “sold out” page text, or Product JSON-LD availability marked OutOfStock or SoldOut. It does not read live inventory quantities or guarantee stock availability.

Snagloom checks the configured public checkout URL for clear HTTP or network failures, or an explicit unavailable signal. It does not place an order or prove that every shopper can complete a purchase. A clean or inconclusive check is not a guarantee.

Actionable page, stock, and checkout findings create tickets with the affected URL, check time, HTTP status when available, scanner evidence, and issue priority.

No. A ticket records an observed issue. It does not claim Snagloom fixed the issue or independently verified a fix.

Scheduled email reports are not currently available or enabled for the paid pilot.

The paid pilot is $19 USD per month.

The purchase flow requires a signed-in account with a verified email before it can continue to hosted checkout.
